妊娠の早期発見の重要性 妊娠初期は胎児の脳や心臓などの諸器官が形成されるとても重要な時期であり、胎児が外からの影響を受けやすい時期でもあります。 したがって、妊娠しているかどうかをできるだけ早く知り、栄養摂取や薬の使用に十分気をつけるとともに、飲酒、喫煙、風疹などの感染症や放射線照射などを避けることが、胎児の健全な発育と母体の健康のためにとても大切なのです。 妊娠がわかるしくみ（検査の原理) 妊娠すると、hCGと呼ばれるヒト絨毛性性腺刺激ホルモンが体内でつくられ、尿中に排泄されるようになります。 ドゥーテスト・hCGは金コロイドクロマト免疫測定法によって、この尿中のhCGを検出する妊娠検査用キットです。 この検査薬は妊娠しているかどうかを補助的に検査するものであり、妊娠の確定診断を行うものではありません。 使用目的 尿中のヒト絨毛性性腺刺激ホルモン（hCG）の検出（妊娠の検査）
